Hi I’m Claire!
I am a Mortgage & Protection Broker with The Finance Planning Group who have recently won Mortgage Broker of the year! I have access to over 100 lenders plus all the major insurers. I am based in the Brighton & Hove area, and I have over 20 years of experience within the Mortgage Industry.
If you are looking to get on the property ladder for the first time, looking for your next move or perhaps you just need to remortgage, then I am happy to help.
As a mortgage broker with access to the whole of the mortgage market I can find exactly the right deal for you, from the thousands available, allowing you to finance your property in a convenient and stress-free manner. The key here is choice; some brokers will not be able to offer you a choice, for instance your bank who will advise you on their mortgage products only. Others may only be able to discuss mortgages from a short panel of a dozen or so ‘preferred lenders’.
Give yourself the best chance at getting the right mortgage by taking whole of market advice from myself.
I do most of my appointments over the phone or via a zoom meaning, whichever you prefer. I do not pay out for a fancy shop front, or spend time travelling round the county, meaning the advantage to you is that I am easy to get hold of and I pass those savings on to my customers by not charging a fee in most instances (fees are only charged where the mortgage amount is under £100,000 or if it is considered complex, and even then I keep my charges reasonable!)
