Our family run distillery is located a stone’s throw from Devil’s Dyke, which is abundant with botanicals that we use in every bottle of our gin, alongside those grown in our very own botanical garden.

Whatever your tipple, we have the spirit for you. From a classic London Dry, to Limoncello gin, from local honey vodka to coffee liqueur. They’re all waiting for you to try!

From our small batch distillery we present to you a wide range of spirits, including local gin, vodka and liqueurs. Distillery visits are also guaranteed to be big on fun!

Expect a welcome cocktail on arrival, learn about the history of gin, the craft of how they make Devil’s Dykes wonderful expressions, and get to know your way around the still, Lilibet. You’ll have the opportunity to sample the range of spirits and liqueurs with carefully selected mixer pairings. Receive tutored tasting to understand how they are made and how best to drink them.
