Hi, I'm Jessie, I’m an experienced Registered Medical Herbalist and I offer individually tailored Western Herbal Medicine and nutrition treatment packages for women to help get you back in control and living your life to the full. I support women of all ages with a wide wide range of hormonal and gynaecological health challenges from difficult periods, perimenopause and post-menopause related challenges, fibroids, hormonal skin issues, mood issues, stress and fatigue, PMS, PMDD, thrush, BV and more.

I use a holistic approach which begins with a thorough 90-minute initial consultation so I can try and understand what the root causes of your health challenges might be as well as address the symptoms. I am a kind and empathetic listener, and you will have plenty of time to explain the full story of your health history and your daily lived experiences and challenges. After our initial consultation I will create your unique Herbal medicine formulation and written treatment plan which is there for you to use as a guide which may contain dietary and lifestyle advice, signposting to other useful health resources and nutritional supplement recommendations when needed.

Western Herbal medicine comes in a variety of forms including Tinctures, Infusions, powders, capsules, oils and creams and I will formulate a bespoke herbal medicine prescription especially for your unique set of circumstances and constitution. Herbal medicine will usually need to be taken for at least 3 months. Herbal medicine is compatible with many other medications so no problem if you also need to take these.
