You’ll be joining PLATF9RM at an exciting time - as we evolve. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to help us expand our community, message and reach.

As Front of House, you’ll be a focal point for the PLATF9RM community, who are a creative and thriving mix of people. You will be a brand ambassador for PLATF9RM and your focus will be to connect individuals within the community whilst providing and maintaining a 5* experience for all of our members.

Job Responsibilites

Member experience

❏ Making Work Wonderful for all our members and delivering a best in class member experience

❏ Ensuring all members get a 5* red carpet experience

❏ Being the first point of contact for all visitors and members to PLATF9RM

❏ Engaging with all the members of the PLATF9RM community in a professional–yet–friendly manner

❏ Connecting members to others within the community

❏ Ensuring all refreshments are readily available to members throughout the day

Sales & Day-to-day Duties/Admin

❏ Facilitating tours, and dealing with membership enquiries

❏ Introducing potential and new members into the PLATF9RM community

❏ Managing all queries from members and visitors in a timely manner

❏ Assisting in booking meeting rooms, managing meeting room usage and the enquiries inbox

❏ Having a great time! We work hard but we laugh while we do it

❏ Being aware of our events programme and communicating them to our members

Environment

❏ Heads up meticulous attitude, making sure our locations look are the best they can be

❏ Ensuring all kitchens, bathrooms, and spaces are kept clean and tidy at all time

❏ Assisting with and reporting maintenance enquiries for our spaces to our location teams

❏ Keeping meeting rooms tidy after use and resetting for the next
