Salary: 40K-45K DOE

A local resident is looking for a live out property manager / housekeeper in the Brighton area. This is a varied role covering property management, housekeeping duties, general admin and basic animal care.

The successful candidate would need to:

• Have excellent communication skills

• Be completely tech and email savvy

• Be willing to spend 1-2 days a week cleaning

• Be accustomed to managing utility accounts

• Have strong housekeeping experience

• There are also additional domestic / horticultural projects for the right person.

This role would suit someone with strong admin / housekeeping / cleaning experience, who doesn’t mind being flexible with what’s required on a weekly basis.

Salary would be in the region of £40-£45k DOE.
