Yoga Sweat

This is a yoga studio designed for those looking to work out their body and their mind. The studio, located just to the side of the mailbox offers hot and cold styles. For those who haven’t been to a hot class before, I found this studio incredibly welcoming and understanding- just make sure you wear as little as possible, I opted for yoga shorts and a sports bra, bring a micro-fibre towel, and stay as hydrated as possible.

Newcomers receive their first 20 days for an introductory price of £20
