Trauma-Informed Sex Therapy and Relationship Therapy for Individuals, Couples, and Diverse Communities
Sexual difficulties can be challenging to navigate, but it’s important to know you don’t have to face them alone. As a COSRT-accredited sexologist and relationship therapist, I offer specialised support to individuals and couples dealing with a variety of sexual and relational concerns.
Whether you’re experiencing sexual dysfunction, mismatched desire, performance anxiety, or sexual trauma, my therapy sessions provide a safe, non-judgemental space to explore these issues and work towards solutions. In our work together, I use evidence-based interventions to help enhance your sexual functioning, foster intimacy, and address relational challenges.
As an EMDR practitioner, I also offer Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which is highly effective for processing and healing trauma, including sexual trauma. Combining EMDR with traditional therapy techniques, we can work through emotional blocks and past experiences that may be affecting your present relationships and sexual well-being.
I believe that addressing the mind-body connection and incorporating a holistic approach to your sexuality can create lasting changes. We’ll examine biological, social, and cultural factors that shape your sexual experiences, helping you gain clarity and insight into the root causes of your challenges.
I also specialise in supporting those in LGBTQIA+ communities, including polyamorous and consensual non-monogamous structures, and individuals from GSERD (Gender, Sex, Erotic, and Relationship Diversities) communities. My practice is inclusive, welcoming individuals who are trans, of non-mainstream orientations, sex workers, and those in kink communities.
I am dedicated to helping you feel empowered to express your sexuality in ways that feel authentic to you. For parents—especially mothers—reconnecting with your sexuality and intimacy after having children can be a unique challenge. I provide a compassionate space for exploring and revitalising your sexual self, helping you balance the demands of parenthood with the desire for personal fulfilment.
No matter your background or challenges, I am here to support you with a non-shaming, non-pathologising approach. My goal is to help you develop healthier patterns in your sexual life, so you can enjoy fulfilling, intimate connections with yourself and others.
Together, we’ll work through any obstacles you may face to create the sex life and relationship dynamic that’s right for you. If you're ready to take the next step, let’s work together to overcome sexual challenges and reclaim your sense of well-being and intimacy.

You can book a session by reaching out to me via email. Once we connect, I’ll share all the information you need, including available times and pricing details.
-
In our consultation, we’ll focus on understanding your challenges and goals. It’s a chance for you to share your story in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space, while I explain my approach and how we can work together to meet your needs.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a specialised therapy technique. It works by using guided eye movements or tapping to help the brain reprocess traumatic memories. I use EMDR with some, but not all, of my client, depending on their specific needs and goals. Research has shown that online EMDR is just as effective as in-person sessions, offering flexibility without compromising results.
-
The frequency of sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. Most of my clients attend fortnightly sessions, as this allows enough time to work on what we’ve discussed and make progress between appointments.
However, some clients prefer weekly sessions, particularly when they are navigating more immediate concerns or need additional support.

The length of therapy varies depending on your goals and challenges. Some clients achieve their goals in a few sessions, while others prefer longer-term support. We’ll regularly review your progress to ensure therapy meets your needs.
