At Bristol Flex Collective, we combine circus arts and dance with flexibility & mobility coaching for an alternative approach to fitness and wellbeing. We believe that everyone deserves to find feel-good movement for both mind & body, and so our classes are centered around inclusivity with step-by-step progression and adaptations to suit all ages, levels, and experiences. Our mission is to make movement joyful, empowering and accessible, with fostering community at the heart of everything we do.
We offer classes in Pole Dance, Aerial Hoop, Flexibility, and Contortion, with many classes designed for complete beginners. No previous experience or level of strength is needed to get started as a beginner, come along ready for a fun new way to move and you will build strength, flexibility and confidence along the way. It is so much fun that many of our students say it doesn’t even feel like exercise!
It’s normal to feel a bit nervous when trying something new, but our group classes are small so you can receive all the personalised spotting and guidance that you need to progress. Classes here are a judgement-free zone and a safe, supportive space to be your authentic self. It is so much more than a fitness class, it is a community where you can surround yourself with like-minded cheerleaders!
If you have any questions at all, feel free to get in touch and we can find the approach and class that will be the best fit for you. You are so welcome in our tribe!
