At HAYDENSWAN Eyecare, we are a family-run business led by a team who are truly passionate about your eyes. We were founded in 2024 with a clear mission: to make eye care feel modern, personal, and genuinely human. We actually began as an online-first optician, using innovative technology to deliver expert care in a way that fits around real life.

In 2025, we took the next step in our journey by opening our first boutique practice in Haywards Heath. This allowed us to bring together advanced diagnostics with the warmth of face-to-face care. As a community-focused practice, we’re driven by a belief that the right level of care and education can truly change lives.

Eye Exams: More than just a sight test. A full sensory check using advanced tech, including a dry eye screen, styling consultation, expert lens advice, and even a hearing check.
Dry Eye Diagnostics: Finding the root of the problem, not just the symptoms. We include advanced imaging to track your progress and offer personalised treatment plans tailored to your results.

Contact Lens Consultations: Expert fitting and check-ups with a 5-day trial included, so you can be 100% happy with the comfort and fit before you commit.
Eyewear Styling: Professional, honest, and most importantly, fun personalised styling to help you find frames that make you look and feel your best.

Children’s Eyecare: Free eye exams for everyone under 18. We specialise in Myopia Management to protect your child’s vision as they grow rapidly.
Hearing Services: Led by our HCPC qualified audiologist. We offer free 15-minute checks, full exams, hearing aid trials in real-life settings, and ear wax removal.
