Holistic Person-Centred Coaching for Health and Wellbeing
Are you struggling with fatigue, brain fog, pain, anxiety, or other unexplained symptoms?
Have you been diagnosed with, or suspect you may have, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, ME, Long Covid, anxiety or depression, IBS and been told there’s no cure?
You’re not alone, and there is hope.
I’m Rosie Closs, a Bristol-based MindBody Reconnect (MBR) coach. I specialise in mind body work that helps you understand and heal the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and physical wellbeing. Through a holistic, person-centred approach, I support people living with chronic conditions to reduce symptoms, regain energy, and restore balance.
“Working with Rosie has been truly life-changing. Her kindness, patience, and empathy made me feel safe and supported from the very beginning. Through the mind–body reconnect techniques, I’ve been able to regain a sense of control and balance in my life that I never thought possible. ”
What is MindBody Reconnect?
MindBody Reconnect is a wellbeing coaching process that blends neuroscience, mindfulness and emotional awareness. It’s built on the principle that the mind and body are deeply interconnected, and that by understanding this relationship, we can unlock natural pathways to recovery.
Using MBR tools and one-to-one coaching, you’ll learn to:
Understand the emotional and physical root causes of your symptoms
Reconnect with your body’s natural signals
Manage anxiety and improve mental health
Rebuild confidence and energy levels
Create lasting habits for holistic wellbeing
A Person-Centred Approach
Every journey is unique. Together, we’ll work gently and compassionately to uncover what’s really going on beneath your symptoms. As you progress, you’ll gain the confidence and tools to become your own coach – applying the techniques of the MindBody Reconnect in everyday life to create balance, resilience and fulfilment and create a life that meets your needs.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
MBR is a form of coaching, where instead of simply talking about things that have happened in your past, we focus very much on the now. How are things showing up for you now and what actions can you take to address them. It uses a set of practical tools for you to use in between sessions and you keep notes that you send to me in between sessions so that I can prepare. It is not psychotherapy, counselling or CBT and although sometimes it might be useful to talk about past events in order to put current circumstances into context, we are mainly focusing on how you can make changes in your current life to feel better and live more wholeheartedly.

Sessions are £90 and usually last around an hour. This price includes my time reviewing the notes that you keep in between sessions. I have a couple of reduced rate spaces available for people on very low income or benefits and there is often a waiting list for these spaces. If payment is an issue, let’s have a conversation.

This varies from person to person. I have worked with someone for only five sessions and I have worked with someone else for over a year. The coaching is very personalised and we go at the pace of the individual. That said, MBR is designed to be a medium term intervention, where you are learning to be your own coach and I will become obsolete once you have learned the tools and feel confident using and applying them to your life.
-
I only offer online or telephone sessions at this time.

No, anyone can benefit from the tools of MBR, even if they have not had a formal diagnosis but are having symptoms that they are unsure about. I would always recommend that people speak to their GP if they are having issues that they are concerned about. MBR is not an alternative to necessary medical treatment.
-
Yes, MBR is a trauma informed modality that understands that what has happened to us in our lives has a big impact on how we behave and feel. We recognise the impact of trauma, both personal and systemic and aim to work with the individual to understand what they have been through and create an environment that feels safe, trusting and empowering for those that have experienced trauma.
