City Girl Network Friends Pass Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement
By subscribing, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice.
You confirm you are at least 18 years old and identify as a woman, non-binary, or trans femme.
Your subscription starts immediately upon acceptance, subject to technical availability.
The City Girl Friends Card is provided by City Girl Network Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 10665641, with a registered office at 130 Queens Road, First Floor Offices, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 3WB, United Kingdom.
2. Membership
Membership auto-renews unless cancelled (see Section 8).
Keep your contact details updated via our website.
Membership grants access to exclusive discounts listed on the City Girl Friends app and website. We ensure that all partner establishments are verified and committed to honouring discounts as advertised. We regularly update our list of partners and provide transparency regarding their participation status on the City Girl Friends app and website.
3. Billing
Payments must be made with a valid method. By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing.
Membership fees include VAT. We may adjust prices annually in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI), with at least 30 days' notice.
No refunds mid-term; you can cancel future renewals anytime.
Report billing disputes within 30 days via our contact method.
4. Consumer Rights
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from your initial subscription date to cancel for a full refund, minus the pro-rata charge for services provided. This does not apply to renewals.
Refund Policy: If a partner establishment fails to honour a discount, contact the establishment directly to resolve the issue. If unresolved, notify us within 30 days, and we will support you in reaching a resolution. If no resolution is reached, we will provide a partial refund or credit equivalent to the value of the unredeemed discount, up to a maximum of one month's subscription fee. The refund or credit will be processed within 14 days of verification.
5. Usage
Digital access is intended to be immediate, subject to technical availability.
Membership benefits are non-transferable and for the named member only.
Misuse may result in suspension or termination.
6. Legal
Liability: We are not liable for indirect losses. If a discount offered through the City Girl Friends app is not honoured by a partner establishment, notify us within 30 days. We will verify the issue and, if confirmed, provide a compensatory credit or refund proportional to the value of the unredeemed discount, up to a maximum of one month's subscription fee. Contact the establishment directly to resolve the issue first. If unresolved, notify us, and we will support you. If no resolution is reached, we will provide the refund or credit.
Official communications will be electronic unless required by law.
Notices must be sent to our provided addresses.
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remain effective.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, and subject to the jurisdiction of their respective courts.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the use of the City Girl Friends Card will first be addressed through our customer service team. If unresolved, disputes will proceed to mediation as a mandatory step before arbitration. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and promptly.
7. Amendments
We may amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you with at least 30 days' notice before they take effect. Significant changes impacting your rights or obligations will be highlighted, and your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account on the citygirlnetwork.com website. Upon cancellation, your benefits will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Data Collection and Use
We collect your name, email address, preferred city, and interests to personalise your user experience and offer relevant content.
9.2 Data Sharing
We do not share your personal data with business partners. User interactions with offers are managed within the app, and any data entry happens on the partner's website.
9.3 User Rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Data deletion requests will be fulfilled within one month. You can access your data at any time through your account settings.
9.4 Interaction with Offers
No user data is shared with business partners. When users click through to an offer, they are redirected to the partner's booking page, where they can enter their data directly.
9.5 Automated Decision-Making
The app will show offers related to the city you selected during sign-up, using automated processes to match you with relevant offers.
9.6 Explicit Consent for Marketing
By signing up, you consent to receive marketing communications from CGN. You can opt-out at any time via your account settings or by contacting [Company Contact Information].

9.8 Data Security
