We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Intern to support our growing digital presence and help bring our behavioural science content to life across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

Role Overview

As our Social Media Intern, you will support content creation, scheduling, and community engagement across Zoah’s platforms. You’ll work directly with our founder to turn ideas, scripts, and workshop insights into high quality digital posts that are on brand, engaging, and shareable.

This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about digital storytelling, interested in mindset and personal development, and eager to gain hands-on experience in social media for a growing brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation

  • Create short form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) using existing scripts and workshop material

  • Produce carousel posts, quote graphics, and simple animations using Canva

  • Assist in generating weekly content ideas aligned with Zoah’s behavioural science themes

  • Content Scheduling and Publishing

  • Upload and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube

  • Ensure posts follow brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity

  • Community Engagement

  • Respond to comments and messages using brand voice

  • Engage with relevant accounts, trends, and communities

  • Analytics and Research

  • Track basic performance metrics weekly

  • Research trends, audio, and formats suitable for Zoah’s audience

  • Admin and Organisation

  • Maintain content libraries, folders, and asset banks

  • Support with captions, hashtags, and repurposing longer videos into shorter clips

Skills and Qualifications

Essential

  • Strong interest in social media, personal development, wellbeing, or behavioural science

  • Basic experience creating content using Canva or similar tools

  • Confident editing short form videos

  • Good written communication skills

  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently

Bonus (not required)

  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Buffer, Later)

  • Studying marketing, psychology, media, or a related field

  • Experience with TikTok or Instagram trends

  • Interest in coaching, leadership, or mindset content
