The Metropolitan

Lapwing Ln

The Metropolitan is perfect for summer or winter because of it’s outdoor heaters and canopy covered seating. It also has an outside bar so you needn’t worry about walking all the way inside to top up your beer.

Duke’s 92

Castle St

A huge seating area right next to the water provides the place with a great ambience, especially in the summer. Technically it is a bar and restaurant but we just couldn’t miss it off the list, and it’s the perfect excuse to try some of their delicious grill food too.

The Wharf

Slate Wharf

One definitely for the summer due it’s beautiful sun-catching terrace, The Wharf is a must-visit. It has plenty of outdoor seating and is also home to some of the finest pub food and ales around, so why not dine alfresco?

The Oast House

The Avenue Courtyard

This outdoor seating area is huge, like, really big. So, it’s ideal if you are having a large group meet-up or simply want to hang around somewhere with a buzzing atmosphere. There is cover over the area to provide you with shelter from the sun or rain, most likely the rain.
