Celebrate Cove’s First Birthday with Two Limited-Edition Wellness Drinks at Lindfield Coffee Works
This October, our Rural Sussex Girl Business Supporter, Cove Reformer Studio, is celebrating its first birthday in the best possible way — by teaming up with local favourite Lindfield Coffee Works to launch a limited-edition wellness drinks menu available all month long (1st–31st October).
To mark Cove’s birthday today (14th October), the two Lindfield-based businesses have joined forces to bring the community two exclusive drinks that blend seasonal comfort with functional wellness benefits — perfect for your post-reformer ritual, a crisp morning walk, or a cosy coffee catch-up.
The Drinks
🌿 Golden Tide Chai
A golden, soul-soothing blend of chai spices, turmeric, black pepper, maple syrup, and cinnamon, served with your choice of milk. This is autumn in a cup; a hug in liquid form that supports digestion, immunity and overall wellbeing.
💗 Pink Bramble Electrolyte
A vibrant, refreshing blend of coconut water, lime, and Lindfield Coffee Works’ homemade blackberry and beetroot syrup. Designed to naturally hydrate and replenish after a workout (or one of our Rural Sussex Girl Run Clubs), it’s as functional as it is flavourful.
A Collaboration Rooted in Community
Created by Cove Reformer Studio co-founders Jodie Cruttenden and Laura Humphreys, alongside in-house nutritionist Izzy Dawborn and the Lindfield Coffee Works team, the menu represents the best of what Lindfield does so well — collaboration, community and creativity.
“Autumn is the perfect time for warming, wholesome flavours. Partnering with Cove Reformer Pilates Studio allows us to explore drinks that are as nourishing as they are delicious. Our October specials are crafted to support a healthy, balanced lifestyle.”
“The electrolyte market is booming, but it’s not something we’ve seen tapped into by local coffee shops yet, so we were excited to bring that to life with LCW.”
A Perfect Pair for Rural Sussex Girls
Both Lindfield Coffee Works and Cove Reformer Studio are at the heart of our Rural Sussex Girl community, regularly welcoming our members for coworking mornings, run clubs, and wellness meet-ups.
Earlier this year, our volunteer host Charlie reviewed Cove for the magazine, describing it as “the perfect blend of movement and mindfulness — a place that feels as calming as it is energising.” You can read her full review here.
Try Them While You Can
The Cove x Lindfield Coffee Works menu is available all month long at Lindfield Coffee Works, but if you’re nearby today, it’s the perfect time to pop in, raise a Golden Tide Chai, and celebrate Cove’s first birthday with the community that helped it thrive.
