Tobacco Factory Theatres is a space where stories are shared, creativity is sparked, and community thrives. Based in the heart of Southville, our beloved theatre sits on the first floor of the iconic Tobacco Factory building and has become a cornerstone of Bristol’s cultural life and identity.
Here at Tobacco Factory Theatres (TFT) we welcome over 60,000 audience members annually through our doors for an exciting mix of in-house productions and visiting shows. Our commitment to people is embedded with our mission to become a place of welcome and wonder.
Through our vibrant Get Involved programme, the theatre provides creative learning and participation opportunities to more than 3,000 Bristolians each year. Every week, around 200 children and adults join sessions that empower, inspire and connect.
When it comes to what’s on, we have two wonderful theatre spaces. Whether you are after classical works such as Shakespeare and Opera, fringe shows, comedy, family productions, or new writing, TFT has something for everyone.
