Press On Nails Review: Made By A Hun's 'Pressed By Nails'
Tis the season to deck the halls, feel merry, and press on your nails. So with Christmas approaching, I decided to embrace the festivities and explore Pressed by a Hun and their amazing work!
Created by the beautiful, talented Bristol Girl, Jade, she was tasked with creating something to wow me - she did not disappoint! Press-on nails have become such a craze over the last few years, in a world where we're often too busy to press pause and treat ourselves, this offers a way to get that salon manicure feeling on your own time. Who says you can't have it all?!
The ‘Pressed By Nails’ Experience
They arrived quickly and were wrapped up beautifully. The package came with everything I could need, meaning no last-minute scrambling to find glue at Superdrug!
Now it has to be said going into this, I was a nail novice, a press-on virgin if you will, so all of this was new to me. With the help of a friend, we sat down to get my hands into the Christmas spirit.
Jade had custom-made the press-ons to my measurements so they were all a perfect fit with no overlap or gaps. They were far far easier to apply than I expected, and glued down quickly and easily. When my friend announced that she was finished, I think the shock on my face said it all. It took about 15 minutes in total, mess & fuss-free.
The nails stayed on comfortably, and even survived all my clumsy moments of catching them in my clothes or hair (though that didn't stop me from freezing every time, expecting a nail to fly off across the room). But those babies were here to stay, making them perfect for all the Christmas partying fun in store.
