Brighton Review: My Tonic House Experience
Hello Brighton Girls, today I am welcoming you with a review. I had the opportunity to have a massage by Hayley, the owner of Tonic House in Brighton.
She was an absolute star and she has affordable prices to treat yourselves to a massage or reflexology that will leave you relaxed and ready to conquer the world.

Where?
Situated in Kemptown with beautiful sea views, Hayley welcomes you in her studio with warming energy. The minute I stepped in I already felt calmer and relaxed. The soothing music, the warm colours and freshly cut flowers made the atmosphere so special. I know that getting a massage can feel like a treat or something that you are only allowed to get once in a while, but trust me when I say that seeing Hayley will give you the experience you are looking for.

Hayley’s story:
Hayley started hustling when she was still a carer, and after years of travelling, she started her own journey of self-discovery and how the body is the home of the soul. Once back in the UK, she started studying reflexology - a massage technique based on the theory that certain parts of the body are connected to internal organs - in Bristol. She then continued her training in massaging in London.
Review:
I have treated myself to different massages before, but Hayley has got something special and fresh. She lets you choose the oil, infused with crystals, to use on your skin. I personally chose the fertility one and I already feel more vital.
I really enjoyed how caring and comforting she was, always asking me if the pressure was okay if there were certain body parts I wanted her not to touch. She was extremely mindful that the body keeps the score, and how we store many of our emotions and experiences in our body.
Cost:
I know what you Brighton Girls are thinking, this sounds super nice but how much does it even cost?
Hayley offers different prices for different types of massages with a price range that varies from £50 to £90 depending on how many minutes of treatment you’d like. It is definitely the perfect gift for yourself or some other Brighton Girl.
