The Traitors West End Show: Everything We Know About ‘Acts of Betrayal’
The Traitors Is Coming to the West End and Nick Mohammed Is Taking Claudia’s Seat.
If your ideal night out involves betrayal, suspicious side-eyes and trying to work out who is lying to your face, we have excellent news: The Traitors is officially coming to the West End.
And yes, we’re already emotionally invested.
The Traitors – Acts of Betrayal will begin previews at London’s Gillian Lynne Theatre from 11th May 2027, bringing the drama of the BBC phenomenon to the stage in a completely new format.
Nick Mohammed is officially The Host

Taking on the all-important role of The Host is Nick Mohammed, who you’ll probably know as Nate from Ted Lasso, from Slow Horses, or, of course, as a finalist in the first series of The Celebrity Traitors.
And he’s already received Claudia Winkleman’s blessing.
Claudia has officially “sworn him in” at Ardross Castle in Scotland, making Nick take the Traitors Host Oath before handing over the metaphorical cloak. His main concern about stepping into Claudia’s shoes? Apparently, not having enough hair. Relatable problem? Maybe not. Excellent casting? We think so.
“To take on Claudia’s role, as it were, is not just a privilege but a real challenge as an actor - I simply don’t have enough hair! But I will do my utmost not to disappoint.”
This isn’t just The Traitors recreated on stage
Here’s where it gets really interesting.
Rather than adapting one existing series, Acts of Betrayal is made up of five completely new plays, written by John Finnemore and directed by Robert Hastie. Each one plays out an entire game of The Traitors in a single evening. From choosing the Traitors through to murders, banishments and, eventually, crowning a winner.
Even better? The story can change.
From Monday to Friday, each version starts in the same place but follows a different path depending on who becomes a Traitor. Someone murdered immediately in one version could end up winning in another.
And on Saturdays, the audience gets to choose who wears the cloak.
Frankly, giving a theatre full of Traitors fans that much power feels chaotic in the best possible way.
Expect paranoia, plotting and a lot of accusations

The stage show promises the same ingredients that have made us completely incapable of casually watching the TV series: shifting alliances, questionable behaviour, people dramatically turning on each other and the constant conviction that surely everyone else can see they’re a Traitor?!
The production comes from Studio Lambert and Neal Street Productions, with a creative team featuring talent from shows including Operation Mincemeat, Standing at the Sky’s Edge, Cabaret and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.
This isn’t looking like a novelty TV spin-off. They’re going big.
When can you see The Traitors in London?
The Traitors – Acts of Betrayal begins previews at the Gillian Lynne Theatre on 11th May 2027, with its official world premiere opening night taking place on 8th June 2027.
From 8 June, performances will run Monday to Saturday at 7.30pm, with Thursday and Saturday matinees at 2.30pm. Tickets start from £25.
So yes, there is now officially a reason to start planning a 2027 London girls’ night.
Black cloak optional. Dramatically accusing your best friend of being a Traitor afterwards? Almost guaranteed.
