Edgie Eats Bakery is the creation of Hannah Egerton (‘Edgie’).

The magic happens in our brand new, spacious and custom-built bakery in Bristol, where baking is a passion, not a job. What started as a hobby turned into baking for friends at University then into a Ltd company in 2022. She has never looked back. Her energy, drive, creative spirit and desire to build a business that cares as much for people as it does for cakes defines Edgie Eats. Edgie Eats Cafe By The Downs opened in March 2024 and the team continues to grow.
