Join Rural Sussex Girl for a guided sauna ritual designed to help you reconnect with your body and release what you no longer need.

A slower, more intentional way to experience the sauna — with gentle movement, breathwork, self-massage to awaken the lymph, and natural body scrubs to awaken and cleanse.
