Friday 24th – Sunday 26th April 2026 | Ferring, Sussex
Two years ago, on a cold and windy December day, Ylva (Yoga with Ylva) and Caz (CJYoga) discovered a hidden gem on the Sussex coast. Not one, but two beautiful beachside houses joined by a landscaped garden, just steps from the sea. Sound baths & meditation circles
Journaling & gentle self-enquiry
Poolside chats (and dips, if the weather’s kind!)
Space for peaceful reading & reflection

All meals are lovingly prepared by Field Foods, a local company passionate about soil- and soul-enriching food. They work with Sussex producers and use seasonal ingredients at their very best. Delicious, nourishing, and sustainable.
Prices per person:
SOLD OUT: Private room with ensuite bathroom: £635pp
Private room with shared bathroom: £615pp

Her expertise and impact have also earned her recognition as a finalist in the Sustainable category at the GLOMAMA and The Dynamic Awards.
Beyond styling, Sophia is on a mission to reshape the way we think about fashion proving that style and sustainability aren’t opposites but powerful allies.
