So grab your mat, put on your fave workout set and join us for a pilates session & coffee social at Courts Club.
Whether you are already a pilates enthusiast or just want to give something new a go - everyone is welcome!
We are hoping for nice weather so we can do the exercises on the court in the fresh air & hopefully some sunshine - but don’t worry if the weather isn’t on our side - we do have an indoor alternative.
& best of all, after the workout, you can expect a hot drink of your choice & the opportunity to connect with other likeminded people.

We really want you all to know that absolutely everyone on the Manchester Girl group is welcome. We are a group of kind, supportive and inclusive girls who are all here with the same thing in mind - to create some strong connections and quality friendships.
So please don’t worry if you’re feeling anxious as those anxieties will certainly fade once you’ve met us!
