Sound Bath and Yoga. Let's pause, and just be.
You’ll be guided to relax as we bathe in the soothing sounds of chimes, singing bowls and G from HummingBird Sounds’ magical voice.
The afternoon also includes a guided meditation with slow gentle yoga-based movement. Please bring cushions, blanket and a yoga mat if you have one - or contact cjyoga@yahoo.co.uk to borrow.
No Yoga experience is necessary, everyone is welcome.

Whether you have lived in the Sussex Countryside for as long as you can remember or you are new to the area, come and meet other Rural Sussex Girls for a Sound Bath & Yoga.
We understand that coming to an event can be daunting if you haven't been to one before (or sometimes even if you have!). We really want you all to know that absolutely everyone on the Rural Sussex Girl group is welcome.
We are a group of kind, supportive and inclusive girls who are all here with the same thing in mind - to create some strong connections and quality friendships.
So please don't worry if you're feeling anxious as those anxieties will certainly fade once you’ve met us!
