Bunston Bakes: Elegant Luxury Wedding Cakes with a Fresh Foliage and Floral Finish
With nature acting as a constant inspiration for my creations, my cake designs are understated and subtly stylish. Every cake has an informal but elegant style, making them perfect for any party or celebration. I love to use fresh foliage and flowers to add a stunning finishing touch.
This provides such an effective way to tie the cake in with the rest of your wedding day, and will make even the simplest of cake designs look effortlessly beautiful.
The flavours I offer are unique and delicious, with each one being a product of extensive trial and development. My personal favourite flavour combination has to be lemon and almond sponge with a mascarpone frosting and lemon curd, but chocolate and salted caramel is a real crowd pleaser.

I recommend to order your cake flowers and foliage through your florist, as they will be able to provide blooms in their best condition and will be in keeping with all the arrangements on the day. When the cake is delivered to the venue on the morning of your wedding I will then decorate the cake with the flowers provided. I allow 45 minutes to an hour for this in order they keep as fresh as possible.

I have a small collection of cake stands to hire, please enquire for images. All cake stands will need to be couriered or hand delivered back to my home address within 2 weeks of your wedding.

I offer gluten free and vegan mini cakes in keeping with a flavour you have chosen for your main wedding cake. These are ordered in batches of 6. Please note I do not cater for celiacs.

I make cake samples for collections on set days throughout the year. A tasting box includes 4 flavours of your choice at the price of £30. If you would like to enquire please drop me an email.

Unless you plan to serve your cake for dessert, I would suggest you cater for around 80-90% of your guests. If you’re having a post-wedding get together, this is a great opportunity to finish off any leftovers. Alternatively, as the cakes are baked super fresh, they will freeze very well once wrapped. If you would like a bigger cake, a great tip is to provide small takeaway boxes for your guests to take a slice home.
