Use this time to think and write about what you want to give yourself permission for, and what that looks like for you.

Lou will be taking to the stage once again to explore the permissions we give ourselves, how they shape our thoughts and feelings, and the impact they have on our lives. Lou will help you understand where your mindset is at and how to overcome any barriers holding you back.
