The Midweek Reset Ritual - Mocktails, Meditation & Deep Rest for Better Sleep

A relaxed midweek evening to unwind at Bum.bum.bun Café located inside Tiger Moth Coffee Roasters in Lewes.
The evening includes:
• A welcome mocktail on arrival
• Gentle breathwork and guided meditation
• A delicious healthy / savoury snack
• Wellbeing sessions around healthy habits, evening relaxation and sleep
• A second mocktail and time to chat

5:45pm Caz: Breathwork Introduction (10 mins)
Gentle breathwork to help everyone settle into the space and transition out of the day.

5:55pm  Ellie: Habits & Evening Wellbeing (20 mins)
Ellie short intro re. health and wellness coach.

Understanding our everyday habits - a short session exploring how everyday habits influence how we feel, including a simple reflection exercise and ideas for small evening habits that can support relaxation and better sleep.

Reflection exercise- review the Healthy Lifestyle Habits worksheet and reflect on:

6:15pm  Break (10–15 mins)

• Second mocktail
• Savoury snack
• Informal chat

6:30pm  Ellie: Evening Wind-Down & Sleep Habits (7-8 mins)

Short discussion exploring:

• Why evenings matter for the nervous system
• The importance of small wind-down rituals
• Gratitude and reflection practices to help the mind process the day
• Simple sleep habits and the concept of sleep hygiene

Invite guests to consider one small evening habit that could support better sleep.

Mention the sleep tracker on the worksheet.

6:40pm  Caz: Guided Meditation / Body Scan (20 mins)
A calming guided meditation to help the body and mind fully relax and transition into a restful state.
