Looking to start running, ease back into it, or just enjoy a relaxed 5K with great company? The Rural Sussex Girl Run & Coffee Club is for you!

This session is designed for beginners and those who haven't run before, using a supportive interval-based approach (start, stop, run) to help you build confidence and fitness at your own pace.

πŸƒβ€β™€οΈRoute: We will run a flat 5-6km from Cuckfield to Beech Hurst in Haywards Heath and back, ending at Tom's Food for Refreshments. Parking available at meeting point (Mid Sussex disc accepted, some non-permit spaces), or on street around Cuckfield.

What to expect…

⏰ 8.45am: Meet at Cuckfield Car Park by the tennis courts
β˜•οΈ 9am: Run to Haywards Heath and back for a coffee after at Tom’s Food! (Coffee not included in ticket price)
