This session is designed for beginners and those who haven't run before, using a supportive interval-based approach (start, stop, run) to help you build confidence and fitness at your own pace.

Step 3: Join us at the starting point on the day
To book, select 15th Novemeber in the calendar below and then continue – this will then prompt you to add your payment details. Please don’t forget to register for Parkrun Wakehurst!
